We aim to provide the
most valuable services for your child. In order to do this, we
strongly encourage consistent attendance in order for your child to
benefit from services. Remember, this is your child's time so
please try not to miss appointments!
Policies
- We understand that illnesses do happen, especially with small children. Please do not bring your child in until 24 hours after sickness has passed.
- If you need to cancel an appointment due to illness, please text or call Becky as soon as possible.
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, that appointment will still be billed.
- Families
are responsible for payment at the time of service. We are glad to
provide you with the information you need to bill your insurance
company.
- Currently, we are able to directly bill Kaiser insurance. Families are responsible for their required copay.
- Becky is
currently working toward becoming a preferred provider for other
insurance companies. Information concerning this billing policy
will be provided as it becomes available.
